Composed of 4 floors above ground and a basement for a total area of 1950 square metres, it consists of 9 suites and various common spaces divided into different floors.
The building is simple and clean, with few contrasting elements. The elements that characterize it are:
– the suspended envelope, made with a facing of terracotta elements whose design interprets floral and natural shapes;
– the ground floor is entirely made of glass, transparent at the openings and back-painted glass juxtaposed with the walls to make the floors above disappear and almost fluctuate.
– a protruding aluminium roof with steel frame supporting structure serves as a connecting body to the staircase and elevator system for the panoramic terrace on all four sides of the building.
On the roof of the building there is a panoramic infinity pool at floor level.

The outer envelope is composed of openable rectangular metal frames, painted white, of alternating variable widths inside which are positioned panels glued together. The tiles are extruded in white enamelled terracotta (RAL 9010) of variable shapes that are repeated with a random sequence along the entire façade, giving it a touch of floral and natural shapes.
