Based on the French Riviera, in the heart of #Nice, the #Iconic project also speaks Italian. 🇮🇹

Part of the major urban redevelopment around Nice’s Thiers Station, the project connects the northern and southern districts of the city, becoming a new architectural landmark in the skyline.

Designed by Studio Libeskind, this bold and sculptural building was engineered and delivered by Simeon, responsible for both the structural #steelworks and the #façades.
Our team managed the on-site assembly of the main load-bearing steel structures — a highly complex engineering challenge — together with 6,200 sqm of curtain wall, façade windows, glass balustrades, and the north-side railings.
