The completion of Ilot Pasteur marks the delivery of one of the most strategic and significant urban developments in the Principality of Monaco: a large-scale, #multifunctional complex integrating educational, cultural, sports and service facilities, developed through advanced engineering solutions, precise execution and constant multidisciplinary coordination.

A large scale and highly complex project featuring more than 14K sqm of #façades, including unitized curtain walls, stick systems and glazed elements, and over 12K sqm of cladding in aluminium composite panels, natural stone and timber finishes. The development involved five specialized design teams and more than 30 technical professionals, with multiple federated BIM models fully coordinated in a shared digital environment to ensure efficiency, precision and seamless collaboration.

Today, Ilot Pasteur is fully operational and serving the community, embodying a contemporary infrastructure where urban vision meets construction excellence.
