Aigue Marine

For SAMPI, the Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) and SCI Aigue Marine, the Oteis team is working alongside architect Alexandre Giraldi on the renovation of the luxury hotel Aigue Marine, located in the heart of Monaco’s Fontvieille district, to complete the 3-level elevation, to create 3 new floors of offices, a technical terrace and the renovation of the ground floor.

Simeon is working on the unitised facades of the superelevation, as well as the horizontal and vertical friezes that will integrate sunshades and LEDs and rejuvenate the entire building. In addition, the company will also redevelop the entrance and some of the ground floor facades.
