The works consist of the construction of a factory for processing and curing hams. The special feature of the project is that the structures and enclosures were made of metal materials.

The ventilation surfaces were masked with beech wood slats.

The wall systems are a combination of external panels and counter-walls made of insulating panels, aimed at ensuring adequate thermal performance.

The “Prosciutteria” body, is distinguished by a load-bearing structure in elevation, completely in visible laminated wood, PVC sheathing covering, which chromatically and aesthetically recalls a copper roof, with the classic “green-copper effect”.

The entire thing is completed by large frontal windows, considering the use as a public venue, which guarantee a strong interface with the outside environment.
